I was very impressed today with Nat who attended my Mums address to sort out a problem with a lock. He was very professional, arrived on time and gave us excellent advice. Would recommend this firm very highly.

Had an issue with a patio door handle. They could have just fixed it but they re-jigged the doors so they closed so much smoother as it was getting quite tough to close them. It would have been the mis-aligned doors that caused the handle to break in the first place so was delighted with the results. Great price too.
