"Having phoned Nat Saturday morning just after 9am and explained the problem an estimate was given for the works and a visit was arranged for around 11am the same day. Nat arrived on time and after a brief inspection set to work replacing a broken door barrel. The job ended up being a lot more difficult than expected but Nat persevered and fixed the lock sticking to his estimate without charging any extra. He was polite, professional and communicative and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services. A++"
