Sent an enquiry through the website Thursday morning, which was vague as I wasn't sure what the issues were or what would be required to fix. Nat called me and went through a rough costing over the phone and arranged to come later that day. Works completed, very happy with the service and repairs instead of what I thought would be replacements so the final bill was less than expected and the work was done much quicker than I anticipated.
